Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

• In original packaging
• Include all tags and documentation

How to Request a Refund

2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
3. Ship your item back to us using the provided label
4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Items that show signs of wear or damage from use
• Items without original packaging
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@haven-rings.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
