This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payment processing at Haven Rings.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other digital payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed immediately upon checkout submission. A confirmation email with order details and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise specified. International customers may see currency conversions applied by their payment processor or bank.
If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
If your payment is declined or fails: You will receive a notification email. You may update your payment method and resubmit.
We monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. Haven Rings reserves the right to cancel or reverse any transaction suspected of fraud.
Your payment card information is handled according to PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full credit card details.
